The ski bus stops every 10 minutes between 8:30 and 11:50; and then in the afternoon starting from 3pm every 20 minutes. In addition there is a shuttle service in the morning (usually from 8:20 until 10 am) which runs continuously, so nearly all 5 minutes.
For childcare we collaborate with a locla service called CasaBimbo. We can arrange it for mostly anytime during the day and also during dinner.
In addition, the ski school offers childcare packages so that the parents can go skiing :)
